Last painting of the year, first commission ever! This was done as an anniversary gift for one of my favorite couples, Patty and Joe Munoz, who got married just one year before! I'm really happy that they survived the first year, I really like them together, one of the few couples that I can hang out with the two of them and it's not awkward! Patty is my cousin from my dad's side, and Joe is my new cousin! I'm so grateful for their support and praise and I was honored to do this for them!
Final Sketch
The idea was that the children represented Patty's love (she has a job in childcare) and Joe's love is represented by the rock band playing (he runs a music review site and just loves music), and the painting is supposed to be their love combining or something. She explained it better! Anyway, I loved doing it and I'm just going to be sketching for now! Happy Holidays!!
